(Wednesdays from 9am-5pm, Setup from 7:30am to 9:00am)
Showcase your product or organization to our students every Wednesday on the Student Union patio. Bustling and full-of-energy, Market Day provides a unique opportunity to reach the student population.

RESERVATIONS:
Reservations are made through the Event Services office. To make a reservation, please call 407-823-3677 or stop by Suite 312 of the Student Union during business hours (M- F, 8am-5pm). You may also fill out a request form and fax us at 407-823-6483 or email us at unionres@mail.ucf.edu
Market Day Request Form
You will need to provide the following information to make a reservation:
- Name of company/organization
- Mailing address
- Contact name, phone number, and email address
- Nature of company/organization
COST:
$120 per day for outside vendors
$140 per day for one of two designated prime locations (based on availability)
$60 per day for currently enrolled UCF students or Cornerstone groups (must provide proof of enrollment)
*Please note that your Market Day space is not confirmed until the charges are paid in full.
The cost includes use of a 10’x10’ space on the patio, (1) 6’x30” table, (2) chairs.
We accept several forms of payment for your convenience:
- Major credit cards (which can be processed over the phone)
- Company checks made payable to “UCF Student Union” (personal checks not accepted)
- Cash

LOCATION:
Union Market Day is an outdoor event that occurs on the patio area of the Student Union. Market Day spaces are first -come, first-served. Requests for electricity may be permitted
if the request is made in advance. Power sources on the patio are limited. If you plan to bring a tent, please let Event Services know.
ITEMS PROHOBITED:
- No sale/giveaways of food
- No credit card vendors
- No vendors that directly compete with the goods sold on campus
*Selection of Union Market Day vendors is at the discretion of the Student Union
PARKING:
Vendors may temporarily park in our loading dock strictly for the purpose of loading/unloading their equipment or merchandise. Vehicles remaining in the unloading area will be subject to ticketing by the Police Department. No exceptions!
Vendors may then park in any of the “green” student lots/garages with a daily parking pass. Daily passes can be purchased through our office at a discounted rate or through the kiosks in the lots for $5 (kiosks accept cash or credit cards).
It is recommended vendors arrive early to allot time to find parking on campus.
